Host-family purchase is recommended because it unlocks the host-family dashboard and makes assigning + tracking effortless. Au pairs can also self-purchase and later share progress with a host family via invitation + consent.
How long is access?
Access is 12 months from the purchase date. Retakes are allowed during this period.
What happens if the placement ends early?
If the host family marks the placement as terminated in the dashboard, access ends immediately.
Is it one purchase per au pair?
Yes — each purchase is assigned to one au pair via email (one mobile phone).
